Biography

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist and lecturer with clinical and scholarly interests in youth mental health, academic resilience, and student wellbeing within educational contexts. My PhD research examines the academic resilience of first-generation university students, with particular attention to community-based mentorship programmes and systemic support structures that facilitate resilience and success. I have a growing interest in neurodiversity-affirming frameworks and the ways in which educational systems can better support neurodivergent learners.
